EVENT: Win Jefe’s Dinero $2022 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway

CRITERIA: Giveaway entries earned via signup on relevant giveaway landing page as detailed below. 

EVENT OVERVIEW AND DESCRIPTION: 

FSG Digital, Inc. is giving away an Amazon Gift Card worth $2022. Participants can earn one entry into this promotion by signing up on Jefeplay.com, Jefenewsletter.com, or other relevant channels as detailed below. 1 entrant will win the grand prize of a $2022 Amazon Gift Card.

GENERAL EVENT RULES:  

 PRIZE STRUCTURE:  

All participating entries will be randomized (with a verified randomizer at random.org) for the following prize (prize will be awarded to the top name on the list after being randomized 3 times, pending their entry is valid as defined by the criteria above): 

$2022 Amazon Gift Card (will be split into two gift cards, as the maximum value of one GIft Card is $2000). Winners inside the United States must provide valid shipping address for delivery of prize. ARV of prize is $2000. Winner may opt for one-time prize of $1000 cash in lieu of the Gift Card, paid out through PayPal Goods and Services only. Winners outside the United States may have their prize substituted, at FSG Digital Inc’s discretion.

RESTRICTIONS: Winners inside the United States must reside in and have a shipping address in the United States. For winners outside the United States, a digital gift card or other prize (including the one-time cash prize) may be issued instead, at FSG Digital Inc’s sole discretion. 

LIST OF FEES: 0 fees for the Gift Card. Winner must provide valid shipping address for delivery of prize. Winner will be responsible for any fees associated with the PayPal transaction if the one-time PayPal payment is taken in lieu of the Gift Card prize. 

COPY OF ANY TICKET USED: There will not be a ticket used for this event.

EVENT SCHEDULE: Any eligible participants can enter this drawing up until on 12/2/2022 at 3:00pm ET. Entries will be tallied after that on 12/2/2022, and prizes drawn at 4:00PM ET 12/2/2022. Winner will be notified via email by close of business no later than Friday 12/2/2022. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: No cancellation policy., but FSG Digital, Inc. retains the right to change or modify any part of this promotion at any time during the promotional period.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION METHOD: Winner will be notified via email on 12/2/2022. Winner will have 48 hours to reply to original email to confirm their prize. After 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen by randomizing the list 3 times again, following the same structure as the first drawing. The potential new winner will have 24 hours to reply to the email to confirm their prize. This 24-hour cycle will continue until a valid claim for the prize is made. Once a valid claim is made, the Gift Card will be ordered and shipped to the winner. All winners’ names may be used in promotional materials or “Winner Announcements” after the promotion has ended (First Name, Last Initial). 

TIE BREAKING POLICY: There is no possibility of tie when randomizing a list of entrants.
