EVENT: 12 Days of Refunds Giveaway

DRAWING DATE: 12/26/2022

TIME: 2:00 PM EST

LOCATION: Jefeplay.com, jefenewsletter.com, and/or FSG Digital, Inc. Controlled or affiliated social channels.

CRITERIA: Giveaway entries earned via signup on relevant giveaway landing page as detailed below. 

EVENT OVERVIEW AND DESCRIPTION:

FSG Digital, Inc. is giving away up to $4,800 in cash or cash equivalent or relevant promotional coupons to up to 24 winners, per below. Participants can earn one entry into this promotion by signing up on Jefeplay.com, Jefenewsletter.com, or other relevant channels as detailed below. 12 entrants will win the grand prize of up to $200 in cash or cash equivalent or relevant promotional coupons. Actual prize issued will be equal to the winner’s verified losing ticket amount, up to $200. If that entrant also tagged a friend through FSG Digital’s social channels, and that person completed a valid entry per below, their tagged friend will also win up to $200 in cash or cash equivalent or relevant promotional coupons.

Enter your valid email address on the giveaway landing page on Jefeplay.com or jefenewsletter.com, or relevant channel. As an alternative, you may submit an entry by commenting on one of our social posts about this promotion on one of FSG Digital Inc’s social media channels, along with step 2 below.

EMAIL ADDRESS MUST BE VALID IN ORDER TO EARN AN ENTRY

2) Submit a photo or screenshot of your losing sports betting betslip from 2022 through the giveaway landing page, relevant channel, or relevant social media post. A valid losing betslip from any legal sportsbook or sport/team is acceptable.

Entrant may also tag a friend through FSG Digital’s social channels. If their tagged friend completes a valid entry, they will also win the Grand Prize if the person who tagged them wins the giveaway.

 PRIZE STRUCTURE: 

All valid participating entries will be randomized (with a verified randomizer at random.org) for the following prizes (prize will be awarded to the top name on the list after being randomized 3 times, pending their entry is valid as defined by the criteria above): 

(12) up to $200 prizes will be awarded. Actual prize issued will be equal to the winner’s verified losing ticket amount, up to $200. Prize may be paid out via PayPal Goods and Services, or may be issued as $200 in equivalent value or promotional coupons at one or more of FSG Digital’s relevant partners, at FSG Digital’s sole discretion. Winners inside the United States must provide valid physical address to be receive prize. ARV of prize is $200. Winners outside the United States may have their prize substituted or nullified completely, at FSG Digital Inc’s discretion.

If winner also tagged a friend through FSG Digital’s social channels, and that person completed a valid entry, their tagged friend will also win up to $200 in cash or cash equivalent or relevant promotional coupons, as above.

RESTRICTIONS: Winners inside the United States must reside in and have a physical address in the United States. For winners outside the United States, a digital gift card or other prize may be substituted or the prize nullified completely, at FSG Digital Inc’s sole discretion. 

LIST OF FEES: Winner must provide valid physical address to claim the prize. Winner will be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the PayPal transaction if the prize is paid out via PayPal. 

COPY OF ANY TICKET USED: There will not be a ticket used for this event.

EVENT SCHEDULE: Any eligible participants can enter this drawing up until on 12/23/2022 at 11:59pm ET. Entries will be tallied on 12/26/2022, and prizes drawn at 2:00PM ET 12/26/2022. Winner will be notified via email by close of business no later than Monday 12/26/2022. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: No cancellation policy., but FSG Digital, Inc. retains the right to change, modify, or cancel any part of this promotion at any time during the promotional period.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION METHOD: Winners will be notified via email on 12/26/2022. Winner will have 48 hours to reply to original email to confirm their prize. After 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen by randomizing the list 3 times again, following the same structure as the first drawing. The potential new winner will have 24 hours to reply to the email to confirm their prize. This 24-hour cycle will continue until a valid claim for the prize is made. Once a valid claim is made, arrangements will be made to fulfill the prizes to the winners. All winners’ names and likeness may be used in promotional materials or “Winner Announcements” after the promotion has ended (First Name, Last Initial). 

TIE BREAKING POLICY: There is no possibility of tie when randomizing a list of entrants.
