CRITERIA: Giveaway entries earned via signup on relevant giveaway landing page as detailed below.
EVENT OVERVIEW AND DESCRIPTION: FSG Digital, Inc. is giving away up to 100 free JefeBet Swag Shop items with a value of up to $35 each! Prize is awarded as a $35 promo code to store.jefebet.com. Participants can earn one entry into this promotion by signing up on Jefebet.com, Jefenewsletter.com, or other relevant channels as detailed below. Up to 100 entrants will win the grand prize of a free Swag Shop item, as defined above.

PRIZE STRUCTURE:
All participating entries will be randomized (with a verified randomizer at random.org) for the following prizes (prize will be awarded to the top name on the list after being randomized 3 times, pending their entry is valid as defined by the criteria above):
Free JefeBet Swag Shop item with a value of up to $35. Winner must provide valid shipping address for delivery of prize. ARV of prize is $35. Winner will be given a promo code that will take $35 off any order at store.jefebet.com and the code will offer free shipping as well. JefeBet will determine final number of prizes to be awarded after all entries have been completed, up to 100 prizes total.
RESTRICTIONS: Winners inside or outside the United States must reside in and have a physical address in the country specified at signup. For winners outside the United States, a digital gift card or other prize may be substituted or the prize nullified completely, at FSG Digital Inc’s sole discretion.
LIST OF FEES: Winner must provide valid shipping address for delivery of prize. Winner may be responsible for any fees associated with duties, Customs, or other delivery fees in their country.
COPY OF ANY TICKET USED: There will not be a ticket used for this event.

EVENT SCHEDULE: Any eligible participants can enter this drawing from 10/1/23 up until 11/15/23 at 3:00pm ET. Drawings will take place with all valid entries on 10/25/23, 11/3/23, and 11/15/23. Winner will be notified via email by close of business one day after the drawing.
CANCELLATION POLICY: No cancellation policy., but FSG Digital, Inc. retains the right to change or modify any part of this promotion at any time during the promotional period.
PRIZE DISTRIBUTION METHOD: Winner will be notified via email after drawing. Winner will have 48 hours to reply to original email to confirm their prize. After 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited. It is up to FSG Digital Inc’s discretion should they wish to re-draw a non-claimed prize. Once a valid claim is made, the promo code will be emailed to the winner. It is then up to the winner to order an item from the Swag Shop with the promo code in order to finish claiming their prize. All winners’ names may be used in promotional materials or “Winner Announcements” after the promotion has ended (First Name, Last Initial).
TIE BREAKING POLICY: There is no possibility of tie when randomizing a list of entrants.
