EVENT: Jefe Maker $10,000 Giveaway

DRAWING DATE: 12/19/2022

TIME: 4:00 PM EST

LOCATION: Jefeplay.com, jefenewsletter.com, and/or FSG Digital, Inc. Controlled or affiliated social channels.

CRITERIA: Giveaway entries earned via signup on relevant giveaway landing page as detailed below.  

EVENT OVERVIEW AND DESCRIPTION: FSG Digital, Inc. is giving away $10,000 in cash or cash equivalent or relevant promotional coupons if Team Mexico wins the 2022 World Cup to up to 2 winners, per below. Participants can earn one entry into this promotion by signing up on Jefeplay.com, Jefenewsletter.com, or other relevant channels as detailed below. 1 entrant will win the grand prize of $10,000 in cash or cash equivalent or relevant promotional coupons. If that entrant also tagged a friend through FSG Digital’s social channels, and that person completed a valid entry per below, their tagged friend will also win $10,000 in cash or cash equivalent or relevant promotional coupons.

GENERAL EVENT RULES:  

 PRIZE STRUCTURE: If, and only if, Team Mexico wins the 2022 World Cup, all participating entries will be randomized (with a verified randomizer at random.org) for the following prize (prize will be awarded to the top name on the list after being randomized 3 times, pending their entry is valid as defined by the criteria above): 

$10,000 (may be paid out via PayPal Goods and Services across multiple payments, or may be issued as $10,000 in equivalent value or promotional coupons at one or more of FSG Digital’s relevant partners, at FSG Digital’s sole discretion). Winners inside the United States must provide valid physical address to be receive prize. ARV of prize is $10,000. Winners outside the United States may have their prize substituted or nullified completely, at FSG Digital Inc’s discretion.

If winner also tagged a friend through FSG Digital’s social channels, and that person completed a valid entry, their tagged friend will also win $10,000 in cash or cash equivalent or relevant promotional coupons, as above.

If Team Mexico does not win the 2022 World Cup, all entries are null and void for the purposes of a giveaway.

RESTRICTIONS: Winners inside the United States must reside in and have a physical address in the United States. For winners outside the United States, a digital gift card or other prize may be substituted or the prize nullified completely, at FSG Digital Inc’s sole discretion. 

LIST OF FEES: Winner must provide valid physical address to claim the prize. Winner will be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the PayPal transaction if the prize is paid out via PayPal. 

COPY OF ANY TICKET USED: There will not be a ticket used for this event. 

LIST OF GAMES PLAYED: Not Applicable 

EVENT SCHEDULE: Any eligible participants can enter this drawing up until on 12/17/2022 at 3:00pm ET. If Mexico has won the 2022 World Cup, entries will be tallied after that on 12/18/2022, and prizes drawn at 4:00PM ET 12/19/2022. Winner will be notified via email by close of business no later than Monday 12/19/2022. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: No cancellation policy., but FSG Digital, Inc. retains the right to change, modify, or cancel any part of this promotion at any time during the promotional period.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION METHOD:  Winner will be notified via email on 12/19/2022. Winner will have 48 hours to reply to original email to confirm their prize. After 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen by randomizing the list 3 times again, following the same structure as the first drawing. The potential new winner will have 24 hours to reply to the email to confirm their prize. This 24-hour cycle will continue until a valid claim for the prize is made. Once a valid claim is made, arrangements will be made to fulfill the prize to the winner. All winners’ names may be used in promotional materials or “Winner Announcements” after the promotion has ended (First Name, Last Initial). 

TIE BREAKING POLICY: There is no possibility of tie when randomizing a list of entrants.
